Attendees will enjoy: Wellness resources Interactive workshops Community vendors Fitness and lifestyle activities 🙌 Volunteer Opportunities We have multiple ways you can help both leading up to and on the day of the event: ✅ Registration Table Support Greet guests, assist with sign-in, and provide event materials ✅ Vendor Support Team Help vendors set up, answer questions, and provide assistance throughout the event ✅ Food Service Assistance Assist with distributing refreshments and maintaining service areas ✅ Traffic & Parking Support Help direct guests and ensure safe and smooth parking flow ✅ Goodie Bag Distribution Welcome attendees and hand out event bags and materials ✅ Set-Up Crew (Before Event) Help prepare spaces, tables, chairs, and signage ✅ Clean-Up Crew (After Event) Assist with breakdown and restoring the facility 👨👩👧 Volunteer Details Opportunities are available on the following days. This role involves performing general duties as assigned, supporting our programs and community in meaningful ways. Responsibilities Volunteers may assist with various operational areas: Member Engagement, Wellness, and Aquatics Member Engagement: Activities may include welcoming members, assisting staff during member engagement or fundraising events, helping with registration or sign‑in, distributing materials, and providing general event support. Wellness: Responsibilities may include helping with wellness inventory organization, supporting special wellness activations, and assisting during fundraising or health‑focused events. Aquatics: Support may include event setup and breakdown, participant check‑in, crowd flow assistance, and general on‑deck or administrative support as assigned by staff. As a volunteer, you will play an important role in ensuring attendees feel supported, informed, and connected throughout the event. Whether you are assisting with event setup, helping exhibitors, greeting guests, or supporting activities, your time and enthusiasm will help make a meaningful difference in our community. Volunteer Opportunities Include: Event Setup & Breakdown – Assist with tables, chairs, signage, vendor spaces, and event materials. Registration & Welcome Team – Greet attendees, assist with check-in, distribute event materials, and answer basic questions. Wayfinding & Accessibility Support – Help attendees navigate the venue and locate resources, exhibitors, and activities.
