YMCA of Metro Atlanta Days of Service 2026 Join the YMCA of Metro Atlanta, along with our partners for our annual Days of Service—an event dedicated to giving back and building stronger communities across metro Atlanta. Date: Friday, September 11 Location: Ed Isakson/Alpharetta Family YMCA Project Description: Volunteers will bring/contribute snack bag items to be delivered to all first responders in the local community area. Volunteers will draw and write inspiring messages on bags provided by the Y, and fill with treats brought by your volunteer group. Needed food items: Chips/crackers, pretzels, cookies/candy, trail mix, applesauce, granola/protein bars, etc. Why Volunteer?
