Volunteer With Us at the 3rd Annual Summit Family THRIVE Disability & Inclusion Resource Fair Thank you for your interest in volunteering! The 3rd Annual Summit Family THRIVE Disability & Inclusion Resource Fair relies on dedicated volunteers to help create a welcoming, inclusive, and successful experience for individuals with disabilities, families, caregivers, community partners, and exhibitors. As a volunteer, you will play an important role in ensuring attendees feel supported, informed, and connected throughout the event. Whether you are assisting with event setup, helping exhibitors, greeting guests, or supporting activities, your time and enthusiasm will help make a meaningful difference in our community. Volunteer Opportunities Include: Event Setup & Breakdown – Assist with tables, chairs, signage, vendor spaces, and event materials. Registration & Welcome Team – Greet attendees, assist with check-in, distribute event materials, and answer basic questions. Wayfinding & Accessibility Support – Help attendees navigate the venue and locate resources, exhibitors, and activities. Vendor & Exhibitor Support – Assist exhibitors with setup, logistics, and event needs throughout the day. Activity & Program Assistants – Support demonstrations, adaptive activities, children's activities, and interactive experiences. Hospitality Team – Assist with refreshments, volunteer support, and guest services. Information & Resource Guides – Provide event information and help connect attendees to community organizations and services. Floaters & General Event Support – Assist wherever needed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants. Why Volunteer? Earn community service hours. Make a lasting impact on local families and individuals seeking resources and support. No prior experience is required. Training and volunteer assignments will be provided before the event.
