Youth Program Aides are vital to ensure the success of youth in our programs. As an Aide, you will be working directly with the participants' family as well as the Youth Development Director to create a memorable experience this seaspn. This role helps provide effective support and ensures an inclusive experience for all Y participants. Youth & Teen Safety Requirements (Praesidium-Aligned) To ensure the highest standard of safety for all participants, all volunteers must complete the following requirements prior to participating: Volunteer Waiver & Code of Conduct Youth & Teen Safety Policy Acknowledgement Background Check Clearance Youth & Teen Safety Training (Praesidium e-learning module) Aide Acknowledgement (Signature + COI upload) These requirements are mandatory and help ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for youth, teens, and vulnerable adults.
