Create a safe, welcoming, and festive environment for families and children to enjoy Trunk or Treat. Support community engagement by fostering connections between YMCA staff, volunteers, and attendees. Ensure smooth event operations through teamwork, communication, and proactive problem-solving. Promote the YMCA’s values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility through volunteer service.
