The Wade Walker Park Family YMCA is organizing a Branch Clean-Up on July 18, 2025, 10:00AM - 3:00PM to help reorganize and refresh our internal storage spaces. This effort will support the overall cleanliness and efficiency of our branch, making it easier for staff and volunteers to access the materials they need for programs and events. Over time, our closets and storage areas have collected unused or outdated items, and this clean-up will help us: - Declutter and dispose of unnecessary items - Organize supplies for easy access - Clean and sanitize storage spaces - Create a more functional, efficient environment for daily operations Requirements To ensure the safety of our youth and community, all volunteers must complete the following: - Youth and Teen Safety Policy Waiver - Volunteer Waiver We appreciate your commitment to keeping our youth and teens safe and look forward to having you as a volunteer!
Declutter and Remove Unused Items Clear out old, broken, or unnecessary materials to free up valuable storage space. Organize Supplies for Easy Access Sort and arrange items logically with clear labeling to make them easier to find and use. Improve Efficiency for Programs and Staff Create a more functional storage system that supports quick access to materials for daily programs and events. Create a Clean and Safe Storage Environment Clean and sanitize storage areas to ensure they are tidy, hazard-free, and well-maintained.
