Coaching is a unique opportunity to instill positive values and help kids develop healthy habits that extend far beyond the playing field. Our coaches provide a welcoming atmosphere, teach fundamentals of the game and promote the importance of sportsmanship and teamwork. Volunteer Coach Responsibilities: *Instruct players in the fundamentals of Flag Football while promoting good sportsmanship *Hold team practices 1 hour every week and coach games *Communicate with team members and parents *Share praise and build confidence in young athletes *Promote an inclusive and positive experience *Live YMCA values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, & Responsibility Location: Practices are at East Lake Y 275 Eva Davis Way  Atlanta, GA 30317 Games are at Villages at Carver Y 1600 Pryor Rd SW Atlanta, Georgia 30315
