Join us for Reading Buddies, an exciting volunteering opportunity where you’ll get to bring stories to life for kids at our YMCA Parent’s Night Out program! Once a month on Saturday, you’ll be paired with eager young listeners, helping them dive into the world of books and sparking their imaginations. Whether you're a lifelong book lover or just enjoy a good story, this is your chance to share the magic of reading with the next generation. It’s a fun, fulfilling way to spend an evening and make a big difference in a child’s life. Plus, you’ll be making new friends (both young and old) in the process!
The Reading Buddies project connects volunteers with kids at YMCA Parent's Night Out to share stories, spark imaginations, and foster a love for reading, creating a fun, impactful community experience.
