Cheer and Dance Instructors East Lake Youth Sports is seeking enthusiastic volunteer cheer and dance instructors to inspire and guide our youth programs for ages 5-16. Practices are held twice a week, with most events on weekends. This is a unique opportunity to instill positive values, build confidence, and help kids develop healthy habits that last a lifetime. Volunteer Coach Responsibilities: Instruct youth in the fundamentals of cheer and dance while promoting good character. Lead team practices for 1 hour each week. Communicate effectively with team members and parents. Provide praise, encouragement, and confidence-building for young athletes. Foster an inclusive, positive, and fun environment.
