Join us for the annual North Fulton Special Needs Fun Day, proudly hosted by Johns Creek in partnership with the cities of Alpharetta, Milton, Roswell and The Alpharetta Family YMCA. This event brings together resources from our community for recreation, networking, advocacy and FUN to support the needs of diverse youth, young adults and their families in North Fulton County.
