Wade Walker Park Family YMCA
Sight for Kids with Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation This summer, the Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation (GLLF), in partnership with Johnson & Johnson through the Sight for Kids program, is bringing free vision care to YMCA summer day camps. Campers will receive on-site vision screenings, follow-up eye exams if needed, and prescription glasses — all at no cost to families. Why It Matters: Clear vision is critical for children's learning, development, and overall well-being. Many of the youth we serve may not have regular access to eye care. Through this partnership, we’re helping ensure that every child has the opportunity to see clearly and succeed. GLLF aims to screen 10,000 children over the next two years, with approximately 4,300 expected to need further care.
