Join Us for Read Across America Day at the YMCA! Date: March 2nd Time: 10:00 Am Location: 1160 Moores Mill Rd NW We are excited to invite 3 volunteers to help celebrate Read Across America Day at the YMCA! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a difference in a child's life by reading with them, sparking their imagination, and inspiring a love for books. As a volunteer, you'll be paired with a small group of children, reading engaging stories that celebrate diversity, creativity, and the joy of reading. Your participation will not only encourage literacy but also provide a positive, fun-filled experience for young minds. What to Expect: A welcoming, community-focused environment Reading and engaging with children ages 5-12 A chance to spread joy and inspire a love of reading Let’s make Read Across America Day a memorable and impactful experience for the children at the YMCA!
