We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Volunteer Volleyball Coach to join our team and help foster the love of the game in young athletes. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to guide players of various skill levels, develop their abilities, and promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Key Responsibilities: *Coaching & Training: Plan and run practices focused on skill development, team strategy, and individual improvement. Lead drills for serving, passing, setting, hitting, and defense. *Game Strategy: Help develop game strategies, provide in-game coaching, and ensure players understand tactics and positions. *Mentorship: Act as a mentor and role model, fostering a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for all players. *Communication: Maintain regular communication with players, parents, and other coaching staff about team progress, practice schedules, and upcoming events. *Team Development: Cultivate team spirit, cooperation, and sportsmanship among players. Encourage effort, resilience, and a love for the game. *Safety & Well-being: Ensure a safe and respectful environment for all players. Enforce safety protocols during practices and games.
