The goal of this project is to successfully organize and execute a swim meet between the Carl E. Sanders Branch and the Branch on January 6th, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. This includes ensuring accurate and timely event timing, facilitating smooth operations, and supporting swimmers of all ages and skill levels in a fun and competitive environment. Through the coordination of event timers and volunteers, we aim to provide a seamless experience for both participants and spectators, while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship
