Coaching with us is a rewarding way to inspire young athletes, instill positive values, and help kids develop skills and habits that extend beyond the field. Our volunteer coaches create a welcoming environment, teach the fundamentals of flag football, and promote teamwork and sportsmanship. Responsibilities: * Teach flag football fundamentals in a fun and inclusive way. * Lead weekly practices and coach games immediately afterward. * Communicate effectively with players and parents about schedules and updates. * Encourage and build confidence in young athletes with positive reinforcement. * Promote YMCA values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility. Details: Location: Windsor Parkway Dates: Sundays, December 8th – February 2nd Time Commitment: 1.5 hours each Sunday Help us create a positive and enjoyable experience for young players by volunteering as a coach!
